What does it mean to rekey a lock (rekeying)?

Rekeying the lock means that you will keep your existing lock, but we should change the pins inside the cylinder and you will have a new key working on it. So any copies of your old key and the original key itself will no longer operate. Rekeying always saves you time and money.

What technics do you use to open/unlock the door? Do you break it? Am I going to be able to use my lock after lockout service?

No, we do not break the lock. Our skillful technicians will unlock the door and there will be no damage to the lock. This means you can still use your lock and existing key after we open/unlock the door for you.
